What felt like a very daunting task as a single first time home buyer became a delight through Prentiss’ guidance and expertise. The whole time I felt like I was shopping for a home with a dear, longtime friend. I appreciated that Prentiss kept reminding me to always ask her any questions that arose as we did our walk throughs. “No question was a silly question.” If there was something she didn’t know she would get the answer back to me in record time. Throughout the entire process she was very warm, caring and extremely fun to be with. When visiting listings I never felt rushed through a home. I was always given as much time as I needed. There is no doubt Prentiss loves her job and is extremely happy when she helps to find the right home for her clients. Another great bonus was that Prentiss is a Compass agent. That meant I could login to the Compass website as a client and be able to see all the listings that were relevant to me, save them and communicate with her on the site. I felt it was a very efficient use of time for both of us. There were many other great uses in the client portal on the Compass website. I am so very happy to report that after living in my home for several months I continue to fall more and more in love with the house, the property and my neighborhood.
